‘Tis the season to be thankful for our community, so we partnered with three local businesses for two of our holiday seasonal brews this year!
So far, we have made a Cranberry Honey Wheat called Bally Broad, a Cranberry Non Alcoholic beer called Gobble Gobble, and a Christmas Tree IPA called Tannenbaum (O Christmas Tree).
We have another holiday seasonal coming out next week… it’s a surprise! Any guesses what we will make?

‘Twas the night before brew day,when Spruce trees and Concolor Fir
were smelled by Brewmaster Drew
with their pine, tangerine, & grapefruit allure.
Back at our Baraboo brewery,
he added the Wisconsin Christmas trees.
Their hop-like aroma and flavor
complemented the IPA with ease.
Thanks to local Francis Trees for the Concolor Fir!
